DELIVERY POLICY

UK Delivery

FREE delivery on all UK orders when you spend £50.00 or more

Standard delivery £4.95 for all orders under £50.00

We always aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days but at busier times this can become longer.
Parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the location and size of your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and being available to receive their orders. Should you need to amend your delivery details, please contact us immediately at hello@sttanwg.co.uk. While we cannot assure changes can be made after an order is processed, we will endeavour to accommodate where possible.

Should you miss a delivery, a card or note will be left for you to reschedule. Rearranging missed deliveries is the customer's responsibility, as we are unable to provide assistance in this matter.

Be aware that delivery times may occasionally be extended due to factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

International shipping rates vary depending on location.

While we take every measure to facilitate the customs clearance of your parcel, we recommend checking with your local customs authorities before importing any items into your country. Please be aware that customs or import duties may apply in certain locations.

Order Dispatch

You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order, followed by another email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. We strive to process orders within 24-48 hours after placement, but please note that this timeframe may vary.

Missing Order

Should your order fail to arrive within the specified delivery time, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@sttanwg.co.uk. We will promptly look into the matter with the highest priority.

Local Pickup

We offer click and collect from Llandanwg. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At St Tanwg, we meticulously handcraft and package each order to guarantee the highest quality for our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please feel free to contact us.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We advise using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please note, we do not reimburse postage costs for returned items currently.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sttanwg.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return in advance will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time for your bank or credit card company may vary.

Damages and issues

Upon receipt of your order, please examine the items carefully. If you discover any defects, damage, or discrepancies, contact us without delay so we can address the matter promptly. For documentation purposes, we may request photographs or video evidence of the damage.
